Holiday Gift Ideas for RV Campers

Holiday Gift Ideas for RV Campers

The holiday season is in full swing! I don’t know about you, but I love trying to think about gifts that the recipient might really love. Sure, it’s easy to just give someone a gift card and call it a day, but the joy on someone’s face when they open up a gift that really had thought and meaning behind it is just priceless!

It helps to think of the person’s interests and hobbies as a jumping off point for holiday gift giving ideas. Since this is a blog about RV camping and travels, I wanted to put together a wish list of things RV camping enthusiasts might love!

Holiday Gift Ideas for RV Campers and Travelers

  1. RV Travel Sticker Map – RV travelers are a proud bunch, and we LOVE to show off all the states we’ve visited! It’s definitely a point of pride to have a map full of U.S. state stickers you’ve had the good fortune to travel through. This full color vinyl U.S. state sticker map allows you to display your adventures inside or outside your RV or travel trailer!

2. Travel Hammock – We have two hammocks stored in our camper at all times – they’re perfect for those campsites nestled in the woods or by the lake. These hammocks fold up into themselves so they don’t take up much room in storage, and are a much better price point than some of the name brand alternatives. For the casual camper or traveler, this is a great gift idea!

3. Life is Better at the Campsite Insulated Beverage Cup – There is something magical when you wake up at your campsite in the woods, pour yourself a cup of hot coffee or tea, and have time to just sit and enjoy the space you’re in. This insulated tall mug says exactly what I feel, “Life is Better at the Campsite.” This is a cute gift idea for any RV camper!

4. Foldable rocking chairs – we have four of these chairs stored in our camper at all times. They just take your ‘sitting by the campfire’ time to the next level. They’re sturdy, easy to fold up and so comfortable to sit in. The beverage holders the sides are great to keep your drink or cell phone in while you’re rocking away. We love these!

5. Happy Camper Christmas Tree Ornament – our friends and family know how much we love traveling in our travel trailer. Each year, they find the cutest RV Christmas ornaments to adorn our tree – I’m starting to build quite the collection! Here’s a Happy Camper Christmas ornament that would be perfect for any RV camper!

6. RV Cookbook – cooking in an RV or at a campsite can present a unique set of challenges. You’re working with a smaller kitchen, or at an outdoor kitchen, or sometimes just over a campfire. Sometimes you want to eat beyond the ‘hamburgers and hotdogs’ route. This RV cookbook gives you some new ideas on how to mix up your meals while on the road.

7. USA National Parks Travel Guide – I have a lofty goal to eventually travel to all of the U.S. National Parks in my lifetime. This book is a great resource to help me plan my travels, even if it’s just aspirational at this point!

8. Solo Stove Bonfire Pit – we spent a weekend at the lake this summer, and our friends brought along their Solo Stove. I was skeptical at first, but thoroughly enjoyed not smelling like a campfire at the end of the night! These things somehow magically keep the smoke from blowing on you, but also provide plenty of heat. I like the portability of the Solo Stove, too, so you can use it at home in your backyard, or take it with you on the road wherever your RV travels take you.

I hope these holiday gift ideas for RV campers give you some inspiration for finding the perfect present for the the traveler in your life! From all of us at The Family Glampers, we wish you a wonderful, safe holiday season. Here’s to a 2021 where we can all get back out on the road more and visit someplace new. Cheers, camper friends!
